The credits that come with a new account are added automatically — there's nothing to claim for those. The customized Mechanic software is a separate thing, and it only unlocks after you create a team. In the Technician software, go to Profile → Team Management and create your team first — the Custom Mechanic Software option will then become available, and you can set your branding and generate the installer to share with your workshops.
