Hello , when a public order is available, you can insert chat option , because many users don’t give important details before , so it would be very useful to speak with the mechanic before accepting order

Good point — right now Live Chat only opens after the order is accepted, so you're going in half blind on a Public order.
We've passed this to the product team and are looking at how to make it work. No timeline yet, but it's on the list.
