In the meantime, if you need to use an ENET cable with an Android tablet on the Technician side, here's a workaround that works today:
Configure the Technician PC to bridge its physical network adapter, then connect the Android tablet (with your diagnostic software installed) to the PC via a standard Ethernet cable. The tablet will recognize this as a direct local ENET connection, working just as if the cable were plugged in natively.
